APPLICATION FOR OWLET SMART SOCK
1. Please note that if your application is chosen for a free monitor that we ask you to start a facebook fundraiser in the Zoey Renee Project name as a way to give back. Please, read the below for application to be accepted.
*All applications must have a due date or age of the baby if one is not provided application is voided.
*We do not give out monitors for babies over 1.
*We also do not send monitors out months in advance. You must be due within 6 weeks of your application.
*Each month we select applications to receive a monitor. If you are not selected you must reapply
2. We also help families who can not afford the full price but able to afford a %. For this option please email us at zoeyreneeproject@gmail.com to learn more.
